Recently, Magma Express has become aware of incidences of false communications and representations which fraudulently use the Magma Express name and logo.
We wish to warn all our customers and prospective customers to be aware of these and to exercise caution – they are not representing Magma Express or its business in any way.
These communications use the Magma Express logo and copyright to falsely notify customers about cargo aircraft cargo capacity and potential routings. These communications have been targeted mainly toward the USA and South American markets.
The individuals responsible for such communications, and the representations they make concerning Magma Express and its services, are not authorised by Magma Express – these individuals do not have the right to market cargo aircraft capacity on behalf of Magma Express.
Accordingly, Magma Express strongly advises its customers and prospective customers to exercise caution when dealing with a third party which is representing that it is able to offer cargo capacity on behalf of Magma Express or in relation to cargo aircraft managed by Magma Express.
Customers or prospective customers who receive an e-mail or other communication that they are concerned about should contact Magma Express directly.
